New Ways for Work®—Coaches Training

Course Description

New Ways for Work® is for workplace coaches to learn a new method for coaching employees that focuses on providing a simple approach to learning key interpersonal skills for the workplace. New “ways” simply mean new skills, which keeps the focus on the positive and learning skills for the future. This method is designed to help employees change their own behavior.


This course is for:

coaches, human resource professionals, employee assistance program professionals, sensitivity trainers, anger management coaches, workplace restoration consultants, professional conduct consultants, and others
